The Career Centre (CC) is dedicated to the interests of students especially regarding their career aspirations. When students take admission to the IBDP, guidance relevant to their choice of subject is given to them while keeping in mind their aptitude, personality and future aspirations. Further, periodic talks and presentations are made to motivate them, keep them informed of all vocational options available, as well as making them aware of the methodology of applying to foreign universities.
The CC is stocked with brochures, information booklets and application forms from universities across the globe.
Presentations and talks by foreign and Indian University Admission Officers are arranged by the CC to keep students well-informed about various education paths available to them after the IBDP, across the world. Assistance is provided to students while choosing universities, processing of their applications, preparing all documents (predicted grades, transcripts, recommendation letters, etc) and helping them with pre-departure worries.
Direction is provided to students opting to stay in India after their IBDP so there is a seamless transition from the IB to Indian universities and institutes. The essential paperwork, managing of entrance tests mandatory for entry to various professional courses in India, and the requisite support is also provided by the CC. The CC is the most ‘student-friendly' space.
